The user must be licensed then identified by entering your name (green arrow).
Enter remaining fields on the left as appropriate.
Role Memberships: Your program or system administer to set the "Roles" the User is entitled to use --- also referred to as "user entitlements". The "Role" responses are either "Yes" or "No" depending on your access permissions.
Once completed, the User should see their name below the orange bar in the upper right corner of your "Home" Chattels screen.
