VIEWING LOG FILES
The default location for log files is: C:\AgWare\Chattel\web\Logs
The application also has a built-in log view viewer. The logs can be accessed at with the URL “/logaccess”.
- Example: http://agware.intranet/Chattel/logaccess
The log access page is accessible to all users; however, a daily rotating password is required to view the log files. This setup allows AgWare support staff to view log files and help troubleshot issues without requiring access to the server.
